Research

NASA did an extensive study on the effects of certain common indoor plants ability to provide a natural way of removing toxic agents such as benzene, formaldehyde and trichloroethylene from the air, helping neutralize the effects of Volatile organic compounds (VOCs)emitted as gases from certain household items. NASA researchers suggest efficient air cleaning is accomplished with at least one plant per 100 square feet of home or office space.

Glasshouse Cube

Glasshouse Cube is a prototype for a self contained plant system. The cube not only keeps the plant alive without any human assistance but enhances its natural abilities to improve air quality and remove toxins. Monitoring the plants output using IoT sensors and image recognition to keep it in an optimum environment.
